I spent 25 years in M&A and capital markets at Wells Fargo and Bank of America, and saw firsthand how banks struggle to operationalize risk governance at scale. That experience became the foundation for Auditrol, where I serve as Co-Founder & President, helping banks and credit unions navigate AI governance, model risk (SR 26-2), and data risk at enterprise scale.

I am also Founder and Managing Partner of CBCS Capital, a Charlotte-based merchant bank, and a Senior Advisor to Lucid Bots after more than three years as its CFO & EVP of Operations.
